Welcome! I am Mr. Donta Mills. I have a passion for leadership and developing tomorrow's future leaders; thus, my reason for starting Lead, Follow or Get Out of The Way. This vision developed after I attended the Southwestern Black Student Leadership Conference "SBSLC" at Texas A&M - College Station in 2003. The presenter's charge for the audience of professionals was to lead or follow, and I decided to do both. Professionally, I held many leadership positions during my collegiate and post-collegiate careers. Regionally, I chaired and co-chaired a leadership summit that hosted over 600 students across the states of LA, TX, NM, AR, and OK. I also lead the Louisiana Association of Student Assistance Program's state conference. Additionally, I am a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, the Project Adventure Certified, and The Leadership Council.
My Philosophy
Leadership should develop, cultivate and mature you at the expense of having fun!
